Position : Senior / Junior Business Development

About the role:
You will be leading the building of and management of the Business Development arm of our agency, bringing in new prospects to propel our business even further.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focussing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with potential clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term, profitable relationships with new and existing customers
Skills and experience needed:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role, ideally in a digital marketing agency, marketing agency, event agency environment.
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in client management is a plus
- Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Malay and Chinese is a plus
- Market knowledge of the Marketing industry
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Self – motivated
